Buy
We look at a house, agree a price, and complete in the company name. The title sits with us while we hold it.
We are interested in houses people actually live in: a porch, a kitchen that works, rooms with daylight. Not a show flat staged for a weekend.
Sell
Holding a house is not the end of the story. When we decide to sell, the sale is also ours: same company, same address for correspondence, a straightforward completion.
We do not run a lettings desk, and we do not list a stack of other owners’ homes. The sale is of property we already hold.

After completion the house is in our name. We keep it as long as that makes sense.
A later sale takes the house out of the company. The name on the title at the start is the name on the title at the end.
What fits
A useful note names the road, the number of rooms, and anything obvious: a tired kitchen, a sound roof, a garden that needs a fence. Photos of the front and one indoor room are enough to start.
